Marcy WillisTraining Program Manager / Southern California Edison
"I invited Heather Prete to speak at Southern California Edison... she and mindfulness were so well received there is talk of expanding the workshop to a larger audience. In this day and age of constant distraction and divided attention, mindfulness practices are the antidote and you feel the benefits immediately. She made the course and the practices accessible, real and valuable. She engages everyone in the room with her genuine presence, humanity and humor."
