Employees learn the art and science of mindfulness application. This includes stress reduction techniques, learning to be in the present moment, increasing positive emotions, and coping with stress with scientifically based meditation practices, as well as mindfulness in daily life. Employees are giving instruction to carry these practices into their lives.

4 Hour Mindfulness Workshop

4 Hour Mindfulness Workshop

In addition to learning the art and science of mindfulness, employees learn how to directly relate mindfulness to their work environment through exercises, discussion, and group practice.

4 or 6 week Mindfulness Course

4 or 6 week Mindfulness Course

1 hour training per week: This offering allows employees to develop an ongoing practice that is applicable to weekly challenges, as well as an opportunity to work continually with an instructor. Studies show that practice over 4 weeks has lasting effects on an individual's wellbeing. *This is recommended in conjunction with a 1 or 2 hour introductory presentation.
